Pi Dashboard: Management features

PI Dashboard is a comprehensive dashboard interface for the cluster to facilitate user management, group management and ticket creation. You can access PI Dashboard here. To begin, you must have a valid vunetid to be able to log in through Vanderbilt SSO. After the login, if you're a Non-ACCRE user, you can request for an ACCRE account through the dashboard. Please note that account creation is subject to approval by the PI of the selected group during the signup process.

Management Features

These advanced features are accessible exclusively to PIs of a group, PIs of an account, or delegates for a group.

Group Management

This is one stop portal that helps you to effortlessly manage group composition. You can remove or add members to your group in bulk.

Quota request

You can tailor the storage resources to evolving needs by submitting a quota request through the dashboard. Whether you require additional storage space or need to modify existing allocations, this feature allows PIs to easily change their fileset quota. The list shows all of the fileset options available to the group. PI can either increase or decrease the quota of individual fileset and send out the change request through the page. The request is subject to approval by our accre staffs, and will only be reflected on the account if approved.

Group Disclosure submission

This feature simplifies the disclosure process allowing PI’s to complete and submit necessary forms directly through the dashboard. Group disclosure must be submitted by the group PI on an annual basis.
