Scope Formulation: If the problem aligns with our expertise, we proceed to detail the collaboration's scope. Otherwise, we provide alternative solutions.
Scoping Document: A comprehensive document outlining timelines, deliverables, estimated hours, and communication plans is shared with the PI for review.
Project Commencement: Following agreement on the scope, our engineers initiate work on the project.
Continuous Updates: The PI receives regular updates, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the development process.
Project Completion: Upon task completion and validation by the PI, the collaboration is concluded.
Post-Collaboration Support: ACCRE remains available to address any bugs or deployment failures subsequent to the project's conclusion.
