PanFS is a filesystem software designed to optimize I/O performance within a cluster environment. It is particularly adept at managing high-frequency transactional data and is the recommended storage option for SLURM workloads. PanFS is the filesystem basis for /data directory in the cluster. If your PI has requested a group /data directory, it will be located under /data/group_name.

How to recover files from the backup?
