You can access PI Dashboard here. To begin, you must have a valid vunetid to be able to log in through Vanderbilt SSO. After the login, if you're a Non-ACCRE user, you can request for an ACCRE account through the dashboard. Please note that account creation is subject to approval by the PI of the selected group during the signup process.

Basic Features

These features are accessible to all of the ACCRE users.

Helpdesk Tickets

The PI Dashboard serves as the primary platform for creating helpdesk tickets within our system. Navigate to the ACCRE Helpdesk tab to open a new ticket.

Notifications

ACCRE admins leverage this functionality to communicate crucial information, such as upcoming system downtimes, essential action items, and alerts for required user actions. For instance, PIs receive timely notifications when users seek to join their group, facilitating efficient group management.

Status Dashboard

This comprehensive dashboard offers updates on various subsystems within the cluster, providing you with the information needed to make informed decisions and optimize your workflow.

Usage Graphs

Accessible to all ACCRE users, the Usage Graphs feature offers a visual representation of both recent and historical usage statistics for your group or account. While the recent statistics aren't updated in real-time, they are refreshed on a 15-day cycle, providing you with valuable insights into resource utilization trends.

Management Features

These advanced features are accessible exclusively to PIs of a group, PIs of an account, or delegates for a group.

Group Management

This streamlined process helps you conveniently manage group members. Effortlessly manage your group's composition by adding or removing members directly through the PI Dashboard.

Quota request

You can tailor the storage resources to evolving needs by submitting a quota request through the dashboard. Whether you require additional storage space or need to modify existing allocations, this feature allows PIs to easily change their fileset quota.

Group Disclosure submission

This feature simplifies the disclosure process allowing PI’s to complete and submit necessary forms directly through the dashboard.

Group Creation Request

PI of an account can request to create a new group under the account. Group creation form is also accessible for the new user during the signup phase.
