Affiliate Account Request Process for External Collaborators

To request an affiliate account for an external collaborator, the Principal Investigator (PI) or Vanderbilt sponsor must submit a request using the following link: New Account Request

Required Information for the Request

Click on "Request Service" on the right hand side of the New Account Request page.

What Happens Next

Your external collaborator will receive an email invitation at the external email address provided.

They must follow the instructions in that email to claim and activate their Vanderbilt account.

After claiming their VU Net ID, they must follow the steps to Join an existing group.

ACCRE communications will be sent to their Vanderbilt.edu email address if one is provisioned.
